Paymento Now Supports Team Access: Manage Crypto Payments as a Team

Running a business means working with a team. Until now, Paymento was built around a single account holder which meant sharing credentials, losing visibility, or working around the platform to keep your team in the loop. That changes today.
Introducing Team Management
You can now invite your employees and teammates directly into Paymento and give each person the exact level of access they need. no more, no less.
Here’s what you can control:
- Invite team members by email and manage them from a single dashboard
- Set granular permissions across stores, transactions, payment links, and customers each role can be scoped to view, create, or edit
- Stay in control you decide who sees what, and access can be revoked at any time
Whether you have a finance person who needs to manage transactions, an operations manager overseeing multiple stores, or a support rep who needs to look up customer payment status, they all get exactly the access their role requires.
Non-custodial means your funds stay yours, even with a team
This is worth saying clearly: team access is operational access only. Paymento is non-custodial and payments go directly to your own wallets. Adding a teammate to your Paymento account gives them visibility and workflow access, not access to your funds or private keys. Your treasury stays exactly where it’s always been under your control.
This is a meaningful distinction. With custodial payment processors, expanding team access means more people touching a system that holds your money. With Paymento, that’s never been the case and team management keeps it that way.

Who this is for
If you’re running an e-commerce operation with a small team, managing payments across multiple stores, or simply tired of being the only person who can answer a “did this payment go through?” question, team access was built for you. Agencies managing Paymento on behalf of clients will find it especially useful for keeping client visibility clean and separate.
