These Terms govern your access to and use of the Paymento.io website and the app.paymento.io interface (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are provided by Paymento Inc (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Paymento allows merchants to connect their wallets to our platform, enabling them to receive a public key and an API key for integrating their websites to accept online payments. Users can make payments using any wallet of their choice for purchasing products or services.
We own all content on our website, and we grant you a license to use it subject to these Terms. You maintain full control of your crypto assets at all times, as we do not hold, manage, or control your crypto assets or funds in any way.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required for the use of our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your devices.
